Amateur radio stations are popping up worldwide running DX Cluster software, connecting to one another via the Internet using the telnet protocol, to collect DX spots, talk messages, announcements, and mail messages. Most all have RF access (packet-radio)  for local hams while a few do not, allowing a user to connect using telnet, or HTML web-pages.

On the pe2kw.com pages you can see all spots on a clear and easy way, bands combined or seperately. If uou want to spot by yourself I recommend to do this via the internet, many logging programms have a build in feature to connect to a DXcluster via telnet.
